- Flight ChangesFlight changes, delays or cancellations. CM will assist to provide alternatives & minimize costs resulting from changes made by the scheduled airline.
- Related Flight CostsAny costs (e.g. hotel, meals and transport) resulting from forced overnights or changes in the reserved flights are the responsibility of the individual travelers
- PorterageAirport/Hotel porterage or luggage handling costs are not included in the contract price
- Personal itemsItems of a personal nature such as: laundry and telephone calls are not included in the contract price
