The Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestra has contracted Classical Movements to arrange this companion tour to Greece.

To submit your traveler information, please create a WeTravel account with a username and password. Note: Previous year's account credentials still work - you do not need to create a new login! Multiple travelers can be added under one account. After the initial form has been submitted, you can log into your account anytime to make changes if needed.

Check each field carefully and be sure to accurately input all requested information in detail. Fields with a red asterisk are required. Your passport details are required in order to issue your airline ticket and hotel booking and therefore must exactly match your legal travel documents.

For land-only participants, if you don't yet have your flights confirmed please submit the form now, leaving the question about flight details blank. You can log back into your WeTravel account later and input that info when you have it.

DEADLINE TO COMPLETE THIS FORM: on or before FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2026. Please complete one separate form for each passenger. You will receive a confirmation email after successfully submitting the form.

Package pricing includes a $600 tax-deductible donation to Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestras to support tour programming. A formal tax receipt acknowledging your gift will be provided following registration.

AFTER ESTABLISHED DEADLINES:

Changes to critical information, rooming lists, passport changes, etc. are subject to $100 processing fee per change in addition to any fees incurred from the supplier. Changes are not guaranteed.
Travelers reverting to the Full Tour (including air) after selecting a Land Only package will be subject to a $100 processing fee in addition to any airline fees or fare increases.
Travelers reverting to the Land Only Package after selecting a Full Group package will be subject to a $150 processing fee. This option is not available 151 days before departure.
Deposits not made on time are subject to late fees (5% more than 1-30 days, 10% more than 30 days, and automatic cancellation of your trip at 45 days)
Late additions to the tour may be subject to additional surcharges.

Fare is based on estimated taxes and fees for 25 paid participants - if less than 25 paid participants there may be a supplement

Flight Disruption

Classical Movements will assist to provide alternatives and minimize any costs resulting from changes made by the scheduled airline, but any costs resulting from such changes will be charged to you
